Fred & Michelle Reeder

President & VP of Sales

Fred and Michelle Reeder live in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. They are two of the founding partners of R&B Insurance Services, LLC. Their office is in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania at 209 Woodward Avenue. Fred has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years. During this time, he served as both a District and then Regional Coordinator at a Fortune 100 company. Michelle entered the insurance industry after leaving teaching to become Fred's District and Regional Administrator. She has now been in the insurance industry for over 16 years. She has since become a licensed agent to assist with their book of business. They then formed their own insurance agency, Reeder Insurance, in January 2010. Fred and Michelle have both qualified for multiple awards with the carriers that they represent. They are both active in their community and Calvary Baptist Church in Jersey Shore, where Fred serves as a Deacon for the church. Fred loves to BBQ and spending family time is very important to both of them. They have 3 children, 2 Boxers, and a German Shepherd. One of their children is currently a VP of R&B Insurance Services, while the other 2 are working on their Doctorate degrees, one in Veterinary medicine and the other as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Fred and Michelle Reeder live in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. They are two of the founding partners of R&B Insurance Services, LLC. Their office is in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania at 209 Woodward Avenue. Fred has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years. During this time, he served as both a District and then Regional Coordinator at a Fortune 100 company. Michelle entered the insurance industry after leaving teaching to become Fred's District and Regional Administrator. She has now been in the insurance industry for over 16 years. Betsy and Jim Brooks live in Womelsdorf, Pennsylvania. They are two of the founding partners of R&B Insurance Services, LLC. They are headquartered in the Robesonia, Pennsylvania location at 509 W. Penn Avenue, Suite 10. Betsy has been in the insurance business for over 25 years. For over ten years she served as the Pennsylvania State Training Coordinator and was both a District and Regional Coordinator for a Fortune 100 company. Jim has been in the insurance business for over 20 years. For several years he served as both a District and Regional Sales Coordinator for a Fortune 100 company. 

They started their own insurance agency, Brooks Consultants Inc., in 2009. Both Betsy and Jim have qualified multiple times with carriers for production awards and trips for top tier agents and have served on many agents’ advisory councils and committees in the insurance industry. Active in their community, Jim is an elected township supervisor, and both have served on various boards of directors. They are members of the Bridge of Hope Church. Together, they have five children, eight grandchildren and two very cute Maltese puppies.

Jim is a cancer survivor, so he and Betsy know first-hand the value of having a policy that paid cash directly to them which allowed them to maintain their lifestyle.
